Colorado
Board of Real Estate Appraisers (CBREA)
This site provides information on the education, licensing and the application
process for all real estate appraisers. Information can also be
obtained on the procedures to file a disciplinary action. They also
publish meeting dates, minutes, a newsletter and real estate manuals.
Colorado Counties
Incorporated (CCI)
Provides information about counties, legislative issues and services provided
by CCI. The site also provides a job bulletin board, state wide
election results, ballot issues and various reports and publications.
Colorado General Assembly
Information on the current legislative session is available in addition
to contact information, service agencies, general legislative resources
and Colorado Revised Statutes.
Division
of Property Taxation (DPT)
Provides information on property valuation for property tax purposes.
The site provides the abstract of assessment for all 64 counties, assessors'
reference manuals, approved forms, exemption information, state assessed
information, property tax brochures and contact information.
International Association
of Assessing Officers(IAAO)
The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) is an educational
and research association of individuals in the assessment profession and
others with an interest in property taxation. Membership is open
to anyone, and includes individuals working in government, private industry,
academia and members of the general public.

Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA)
Provides information on the appeal process to the Board of Assessment
Appeals for real and personal property owners. The BAA rules, letters,
forms and docket information is available.
