The Division of Property Taxation’s Annual Law Seminar will be combined with Winter Conference this year. Law Seminar will take place Monday afternoon (December 5) and a welcome reception will follow that evening, with a hospitality room after to end the day. We have continuing education set up for Tuesday (December 6), with two four-hour classes offered (Going Concern Appraising and Professional Ethics in Appraising) with Deane Wilson. Wednesday and Thursday will be busy days as we handle all business, elections, meetings and speakers those days.
The Hilton Hotel is offering double occupancy rooms for $119.00/night from Sunday,
December 4 through Thursday, December 8. The parking is free and there is no resort fee. Please make room reservations by calling 800-321-3232 or 970-482-2626 and letting them know you are with the CO Assessors’ group. The deadline to make room reservations at the discounted rate is Friday, November 4, 2011.
Please submit your registration form along with appropriate payment (please make checks payable to Colorado Assessors’ Association) to Corbin Sakdol, Arapahoe County Assessor, 5334 S. Prince Street, Littleton, CO 80166. The deadline for submitting conference registration forms is Friday, November 18, 2011.
